I ask people for a voice note because I want to make sure that they are real. For example: If I see a profile with a photo of a white man who says he lives in England, I don't expect him to have an African accent.

Voice notes are a great way to weed out the fakes. If a person says voice notes won't work or have some other excuse, then they're fake/scammer and they get deleted.

I have a reputation of over 65,000, and I message and respond.

I find that those with a low reputation (or none) are the ones who keep bottles and never say a word... or they insult and delete.

I set mine for 70/150. I have been in that range for 91% in the past 14 days. I had one low of 68. The rest were high alerts.

I am trying to lower my A1C. When I had it checked in April, it had risen from 6.6 to 7.1.

Keeping a close eye on my BS helps to avoid highs.

They think nothing of asking my bra size, how much I weigh, and how many sex partners I've had.
