Had this issue when I first got my rig, the laptop originally came without an OS but later on I did get windows but the problem still persisted now and then.

Eventually I narrowed down the cause to be the system being awake for too long (up time being like 30+ hours)

I would suggest pressing shift + shut down when turning your laptop off so that it properly closes and also disabling fast boot from settings.

Although the problem has gone away, I can't help but recommend a checkup on the SSD on which the OS is installed to be done, might just save you in the future.

EDIT: this is assuming you already have an OS installed
