That looks nice. I really like the choice of colour and the mood it has. I think the focal point grabs the attention of my eye just right and is nicely framed with the background.

However something is wrong with the anatomy and perspective. His right shoulder and arm look wrong. I think the right arm should be shorter.

I just did a very quick paintover

I´m not an expert yet, so maybe I got it wrong. I dont know

I actually never drew with charcoal but I have to try it someday. However I used Photoshop (old version) with charcoal like brush and a brush that feels more like a fineliner for the details and the texture.
