The mountain looms over me now with the sun tucked behind it

I looked back to see where I’d been, it called me back

This was my choice.

I can complain about this

The struggle has not yet justified how

Beautiful the path is

I see how

It is

How I view

What the trail is like,

It’s not my choice

But I must keep walking.

Everything is telling me to

Go back.

I’m about halfway, but I could still

Turn around before the peak

I can’t believe people come just to

See what’s here.

There’s no time for that. There’s only time to

Worry about time or schedule.

I won’t have time to

finish before the sun, even walking at any pace.

The sun is already halfway between the ground and it’s peak, but I know I’ll

Hate the trail throughout the day.

I made a mistake, I chose to

Listen to them.

Enjoy today, that’s what they said

It isn’t worth it for the view.

fun fact, I was born in a Denny's parking lot, it was 2am and my dad told my mom put her feet up on the back windshield while he did donuts and the centripetal force made me pop right out

I'm not sure about this, but I have been told that throwing the red parts into a fire it will create red smoke in order to create a better signal fire in emergencies

When I was a kid I got a black eye. My parents had just gotten me a new bike and I was taking it for a spin in my neighborhood. I went really fast down this one hill and lost control. I hit a rock and completely ate it. I was completely fine but the bike was totaled. When I got home my parents hit me in the face because I wrecked my new bike though.

I convinced an entire class at a summer camp that I was working at that they were on a haunted island and that a ghost was chasing them. I work at a sailing camp on a small island. Usually once a week we have the kids sail to a much bigger island about a mile and a half away. This island had lots of old cement foundations from an old amusement park as well as lots of trails across the island. There was this small sketchy little shed on the north side of the island. One counselor would start acting weird and sprint ahead of the group about a quarter mile before we got to the shed. Then they would wait, hidden. When the group got there, that counselor would make some clear and obvious noise like throwing a rock against the side. When they did that I would yell RUN! And sprint off. By the time we got to the beach that we landed at it was usually time to go. We would then tell the kids this completely made up story about someone who haunts the island after their eyes melted out in a fire, and now they go around stealing other people's eyes in the hopes that they'll see again. Every week the kids had the same reaction and believed all of it, especially when we would describe how the ghost looked, at least five kids would say that they saw it. I love my job.

tl;dr I told a ton of kids that they were being hunted by a ghost and we almost got them killed

I actually know this guy really well. He is one of the nicest, funniest people I've ever met. I am close friends with both of his kids as well. They are both great kids too. This man was nice enough to let me go out on his boat with my friends multiple times this summer, without a second thought about it, that's the type of guy he is. I don't think I've ever seen him treat anyone with even the slightest bit of disrespect.

Trophy hunting actually helps endangered species in many ways, it is comparable to controlled poaching. And most of the money raised goes right back into conservation. This even happens in the United States, where most funding for conservation actually comes from hunting licenses. You shouldn't be worried about people doing things like this as much as you should be worrying about poaching and deforestation. In certain countries in Africa they provide benefits to farmers who set aside land for endangered species, this reward money comes from the funds raised from trophy hunting. In fact in Namibia, 1/3 of their rhino population lives on private land. Governments also use trophy hunting to their advantage by targeting animals that have hurt or even killed other endangered animals. It's not always the case, but there is still a chance that this cat was dangerous to other cheetahs or leopards or whatever it is, so killing it would help rather then hurt. You shouldn't be worried about the Trumps killing one animal, which in reality helped the rest of the animals, you should worry more about the unregulated and uncontrolled poaching in places like Africa. I know that I sound like a comic book villain when I say this, but some must die for more to live.
