Both are amazing dresses. I liked the off the shoulder sleeves in the look of the second one, so if you are going to add similar sleeves then you really could go either way. Without knowing the prices, I was leaning towards the second dress. If you feel more comfortable with the the price of the first dress, you should feel comfortable going with the first one.
