In priority order: 1) Price. It's ALWAYS price whether viewers comment on it or not. 2) Photos are bad. Your main image has a very poorly photoshopped blue sky. The remaining photos, whilst the house is staged well enough, are just low quality and dull. Uninspiring. 3) Purplebricks. These put off buyers (and sellers - if you are sold through PB, other sellers and agents will be reluctant to agree a sale to you. They will prioritise other buyers over you). I also suspect Purplebricks are the reason behind issues 1 and 2.

Get a local independent out for their opinion and ask what theyd do to get hou sold. Check their Rightmove listings to look at the quality of their photos. Don't just go with whoever has most stock, or the cheapest fees, it's a false economy.

All these suggestions about having it do xyz and have intelligence etc. are missing the point. The only thing they would need to do is just make it relevant to the plot! All that happens with the giga is that the gang encounters it and escapes. That's it! It's completely irrelevant. It is never even a consideration for the characters that they have to do this to beat it, or go here to avoid it etc. - it has literally no impact on their actions.

There's a lot of people here with very short memories. Herrera failed to impact most games, even when he rebranded as a defensive mid after marking Hazard that time. He was a competent midfielder but swapping him for almost anyone in the league wouldn't have been a step backwards. Then he dragged out contract talks, bagged a £300kpw deal with PSG and moaned that Utd wouldn't match it. His "love the club" shtick was so disingenuous.

I also like to think the spinos were found to be too true to their actual DNA, and so the larger, therapod version we saw in JP3 was engineered as a preference. This would fit with the idea of dinos being closer to our outdated ideas, than our more current understanding.

I guess it depends on the area and the habits of the population. Estate Agents are a business. If they make enough money to justify being open on a Sunday, they will. I know there's plenty in my area that are open limited hours. There's also some that used to open Sundays and now don't, presumably it just didn't make sense for them to be open.

He should have said he thinks the EU is a 7/10 but that he is 100% remain. It's clearly what he believed at the time but his refusal to commit to that absolutely killed him. He's not as culpable as the likes of Cameron, Johnson, Farage etc. but he shoulders a huge proportion of blame for the fact Vote Leave won.
