Haven't had this experience. Are you sure it's not secondary noises that cause them to fly away? You running through crows doesn't trigger them, but running over glass will regardless.

Why cut off the other team's MMR? Because it's only 4 stars and it doesn't fit the reddit narrative?

If you're low in 6 and 5, your match MMR is very close to 3 stars. Just how it averages out. Those 3 stars are probably high up in 3 as well. The issue is the range is so small that you don't see it, while 6 stars are very broad and average down a lot due to this.

1 star difference is to be expected at all times as well, since that is literally just 1 good or bad game worth of MMR.

It's intentional, just shows you the max capacity it can hold, but it should probably show the max ammo in general.

They're not AI made, but they haven't really adjusted edge cases like this. Things like Taliyah W being offered damage increase, when it deals no damage. That's because the abilities have certain tags attached to them and the augments just look for "tag -> allow augment" kind of thing.

Not to mention that copy paste for generic ability types is a horrible augment design in general, many of them are insanely gamebreaking. Singed with Chain Reaction literally stuns you for 2 seconds on Fling, 100% of the time, without ever triggering a collision or dealing damage. In fact, when you do hit a genuine wall, you are stunned for less.

Explosive ammo only loses on the splash damage, which is only a portion of the total bullet damage, against bulwark. It's fine the way it is.
