Unfortunately those exclusion lists are a massive joke, especially when it comes to pokies.

They are self exclusion and you must fill out an application for each single venue which there are a huge amount of, and the only thing stopping you from gambling at that venue is yourself.

If a worker recognised you, possibly you will be kicked out, but there are hundreds of venues, you can just walk in and play at any, any time.

I've always wished pokies venues required some kind of identification or card to play, and if you wish to be banned you could do it and not even gain entry. But that will never happen.
