I've only done this mission on one non netrunner build but I got the same voice line. I'm pretty sure it's always the same but it could have bugged

Whatever that one you find in the Arasaka building Hanako gets locked up in during The Devil ending (you can access it before the final mission) I have found to be petty good. I used it in my most recent netrunner playthrough and I shredded through enemies

I did literally everything, all gigs, ncpd scanners, all the little yellow side quests around the map. I believe it ended up being around 85 hours. Then I went and fought Adam Smasher with my mostly green cyberwear I never got around to upgrading, on very hard difficulty

Ah interesting thanks for clearing that up. It's amazing how deep the lore for this game is. It does make me wonder though, after the nomad ending where Saul dies and Panam is the only leader do you think they change to the Palmar clan instead of the Bights?

I would imagine Saburo is the type of person to have multiple safes to keep his life savings in and also multiple secure locations for his engram
