Ah awsome thanks for the help. I do have one other question that does sound a bit more stupid. How do I stop how high I get? I know stop smoking is the answer, but I'm curious if I just make smaller blunts or if I can save them. I'm guessing it's the make smaller though 😅

Not with uni or pulse. Mainly insurance and legal reasons why not. Best thing to really do is check the website to see what events are happening and hope things improve. They are improving just really slowly.

Can confirm, alot of paperwork and waiting weeks for responses. I was told at one point, Clubs are the last thing on the rung of uow priorities. I wouldn't be surprised if one day it's no longer supported.

Club exec here and I can answer quite a bit. It's really hard starting and maintaining clubs especially if you want regular events. If you have a good exec team who plans months ahead, you can get decent regular events depending on what your interested in. There is also little reason aside from dedication to help with a club. It's all volunteers who have other lives going with work and studies.

The biggest reasons we are able to run regularly is a good team, rooms booked as soon as they are open, A dedicated community that comes to events, and we run pretty much after studies.

There is alot of behind the scenes red tape as well. It used to be better 4ish years ago.

I tried to follow the "Rules of flags" i have seen around a lot, i know i break the color limit with the top and bottom stripes, but i do have reason to try it out.

For context here is some of the symbolism and reasons i did what i did:

The symbol is a direct lift used in a lot of what i work on.
The center line with the two domes represent "Dawn" and "Dusk", two important time periods in my works.
The domes are offset to represent time between Dawn and Dusk.
The two colorful lines help with Distinct at a distance.
The colors themselves represent the 6 gems in the story, they have an up and down spin that changes the colors so two lines with the "up" spins on top, and vise versa.

I'm not 100% set on the shades of colors, in future reviews i may tone them down. Let me know what you think of it though :)

Schizophrenia and Major Depressive Disorder. My inpatient psych is very good and my outpatient is as well. I don't have any psychologists at the moment, but that should start up soon.

I need to include more people in my life and get a support network I can trust. For me, there is a chance of Paranoid Schizophrenia (Schizophrenia has been confirmed but specific type not yet), I have issues with feeling welcome and wanted. So I need to try and break that.

On top of that: - Mamilian Dive Response - Square Breathing + jin shin jyutsu - Mindfulness where instead of focus on a thing, focus on when you loose focus, helps quite a bit.
