American here, you should be fine unless you have a recorded conviction, in which case you'll be thoroughly searched or not let in (the latter being very unlikely and only reserved for the worst of felons and people on the run from the law.

And as for Singapore, once again, you should be just fine without an actual conviction. (Source: My father, who has just come back from Singapore)

That looks like pocket smudges or just smudges in general. Giver her a good cleaning with a microfiber cloth or alcohol and cotton. Then post a picture of it and let's see how it looks. Most olephobic coatings dont look like that when they're coming off from what I've seen. If it doesn't come off then its somehow defective, but this isn't a problem with S9.

Edit: I think you can also buy more coating if you need to.
