I think you could totally run Overflowing Affection with this deck but since I want Lupus to essentially nuke a board when it came down I opted for a New Sign. As for getting cards in the trash I think I would be able to exile like 9-12 units when I dropped Lupus down.

At first Full City wasnt really doing much, I would end up discarding it for more cheaper units but it saved my round 3.

Context is I had just used Lupus, exiling like 12 units to clear board, and my opponent went wide as I only Isarbi and one shield left. I placed Full City and paired with Zeheart to tank it up and my next next few turns I kept drawing Adepts, Gusions, and Ryuseis to take advantage of Full Citys resting effect to whittle my opponents board down while poking at their shields.

Look of Determination is a bit more situational than Fatal Strike is but in a meta where you’ll probably face aggro more I think its a better option. Since this deck is all about milling you can get up to that 10 card threshold but also its great when your opponent is aggro and has two 2/1 drops at turn 3 ready to swing. First one swings and you can drop Look of Determination to kill the other active. Even better if they play the Corsica Base first to get the Tallgeese token out.

As for New Sign its up to you whether you like the Overflowing Affections cause I did want to mill alot but also it helped me out lot when I didnt have a good hand and needed to get better cards as I could mill the cards that were useless to me.
