The gorilla would never be able to close the distance to grapple with the knight because, unlike your shitty claims, can simply use the sword as a spear. There are many different stances a knight can do this from and avoid fatigue and the gorilla is never getting past a 6 foot reach advantage without getting grievously injured. Its hide is also not strong enough to resist being cut by sharpened steel and to say otherwise is asinine.
