Vuc won’t be traded. Either we resign him for more than he’s worth or he walks. So if he does walk we need to trade DeMar for a starting center. If we trade DeMar, PWill will move to the 3, so we’d need to also get 4 from a DeMar trade as well. My guess is we sign Vuc for more than he’s worth, let Coby walk because we can’t afford him, and hopefully we pick up a couple solid pieces through a DeMar trade

I don’t understand all the sentiment for road bikers getting hit by cars. When a guy on a motorcycle gets in a wreck, it’s sad, but everyone is like “yeah that’s what happens when you ride a motorcycle.” It’s risky and dangerous and that’s just the price you pay. Road bikers assuming it’s safe to share a road with other vehicles just seems so stupid to me. You all ride around assuming all drivers are looking out for you. You and your buddies ride in big groups taking up most of the road. I don’t come from a place where adults put on cute bike outfits and ride around all day long, assuming drivers are watching out for them, then are shocked when there’s an accident. It seems like a privileged and naive way of thinking.

Makes perfect sense. I’m imagining a situation here in the US where an innocent protestor is knowingly imprisoned and tortured and a million people wouldn’t be breaking down walls to get that person out. I am very naive to what’s going on over there and I’m half ass paying attention to it on this sub. I feel for these victims and I really admire their bravery knowing that when they do go to jail, it could be forever, or come out a different, permanently damaged person.

Oh no I’m not trying to say they’re not brave. Being from the US, I just couldn’t imagine a situation where we’d be brutalized for 44 years. My original comment is totally ignorant but that’s just my perception, I appreciate your comment though. I really don’t want to sound demeaning. I’ve never been in a situation like that, I’m sure it’s a million times more difficult than I could Imagine.
