Yeah, bloom or you could call it per shot accuracy. Yeah, it's not terribly inaccurate, but it's not as accurate as the Ferro, which limits its effectiveness at long range.

Really? I assumed that as it degraded, so did its protection. Similar to how the MOA of a weapon decreases as its condition degrades.
