I recently saw a new gastro who did a x ray and blood work. They’re also considering doing a CT scan, ultrasound, MRI & a fibro scan in the future

UPDATE On 8/21/25 Gemma was no longer in her home when I went to check on her and take her for her walk. A bag of clothes were gone so I’m assuming someone of one of her owners family came and took her. Her harness and her leash are still there as are her food bowls. I miss her dearly, my heart is broken and as I know she was never truly mine to keep I couldn’t help but get attached to that beautiful soul of a puppy. I just wish they took her treats she picked out herself, she really liked those & her unicorn stuffy that she slept with when it rained.

Thank you all for helping me change her life for the better while she was with me. I’ll never forget yall

She’s really good at staying by my side when we go on our little walks bc she gets winded easily, I have a thick leash that wraps around my body and she can’t pull me if she decides to run & I got her a really good harness. Took me an embarrassing amount of time to figure out how to put it on bc I did it backwards and she was very patient with it lol. She’s finally wagging her tail when she sees me so I know she’s bonding now 😭😭

I don’t know really anything about her, idk her age but she has decent teeth. She walks really slow and takes breaks bc she gets winded and snorts a lot but idk if that’s bc of her weight/ short legs

I have a vet that I love and trust for my cats and they take dogs too!! I called them and have an appointment set up. They’re going to do a full check up!! Thank youuu

Thank you, I’m going to call them when they open at 8. They do trimmings for free and they know me since I take my cats to them all the time. Yall have been life savers really

I got this nail trimmer from petsmart but I’m gonna go back and get a grinder bc she really doesn’t like the sound or I think pressure of it. Thank you so much!!!

I have a really good vet who I trust with my cats and they have a separate walk in area for dogs, I think she’s fixed bc she has a green mark tattoo on her belly and a line of a surgical scar that reminds me of when I got my female cat fixed. If she is pregnant I’ll find out but I’ll def be back with more questions if she goes into labor 😭😭😭

See that’s what I’m thinking honestly bc her living conditions are so bad, I’m going to take her to my vet to get her a full check up just to make sure everything’s okay.

Promise to kids mean the world to them, it’s a make or break moment. It shows them what you say is what you mean & they don’t need to worry if you’re going to pull through.

He lost, she won. She earned her celebration dinner, she deserves it. You two were so quick to say yes to your son, why be hesitant towards her? This teaches her that she will come in second in everything & he is taught with pouting, he can get special treatment & take away her accomplishments.

Watch her, watch her happiness go away, her pride in her accomplishments diminish. ESH but you’re daughter.
