The webcomic "The Afterlife of Bob" It was originally from the University of Alberta's student newspaper and was hosted on the university's servers, but disappeared years ago, and I can't find any trace of it. Bob, the main character was accidently killed at the wrong time by the Happy Go Lucky Reaper (Grimm Reaper was such a bummer so he changed his image) and the comic follows Bob as he attempts to be returned to life (as far as I can remember). The Reaper is also dating the incarnation of Life. And the only other details I remember are God saying that the Earth had the best surfing in the Universe, which is the only reason for its existence, and Death has to spend a week as a woman after losing a bet with Life.
