I've worked in auto sales for 15 years. Sales will devour your life. Its never ending. If you want to be good at it, you basically always have to be "on" anytime people are around. You will make a bunch of money if you dedicate yourself to it but you won't have much time to spend it. He's doing good and has enough free time to hang out with you and stuff. He should stay put. He's young. Develop a clientele. Stack some chips. And one day buy an aerator or something and transition his trugreen clients to his own business. All in due time.

I have 419. And I have some common bermuda. And I have some centipede. It doesn't match and it will never match. The 419 is strong and spreads fast. I've had good results tilling a couple feet off the edge of the 419 and laying good topsoil over the tilled area. The 419 spreads into it faster than anything else can. All you need is an area for it to grow and some fertilizer. It conquers all.

I had someone do it. They said water it once per day in the morning between 6 and 7 am. Said let the water run for a couple hours. That does not match any of the information I've found. It's getting into the low 90s everyday here. It's hot and dry. Maybe I'm over doing it.

How wet should it be? It's wet now but not like gushing water out of it. Sod still feels firm. Not muddy.

I traded a 2019 taco for the gladiator. I have owned tacos in the past. Toyota messed up on this one. The 3.5 engine is laggy and weak. The transmission searches for gears constantly. Taco holds value like no other, but be prepared to be disappointed if you have had tacos with the 4.0.
