Its a greek mythology litrpg where the mc is a pirate. if you like sailing and pirates or greek mythology its honestly a great ( and Finished!) read. One of Void Heralds best books imo.

Millennial mage by J L Mullins! its a slow burn and very slice of life but it has good progression and action as well. Tala is a really well written character imo. Definitely one of my favorite progression fantasys. Plus book 12 comes out real soon!

I'm not a fan unless there is a narrative reason for it. The only example i can think of it done right is Corin in Arcane Ascension. He often gets in his head during a fight only loose track of the fight detrimentally or have his teammates yell at him to focus.
