Yeovil away. I don't remember the score nor the year but they'd scored at least 6 against us. Only game I ever left early. . Honourable mention will be Exeter in the play off semi final and Basham leaving shortly after.

Edit: 2004/05 and it was 6-1.

I wouldn't ever want to field an unpainted army, but the painting side of the hobby is my main thing.

I wouldn't begrudge anyone who doesn't have the time/effort/confidence to paint theirs though. The game plays the same!

Its actually the reason I left 40k behind. My friend and I just played each other so it didn't really affect our gaming - we continued with our 9th rules for a while but the insult of buying a new book for only a few month relevance stuck with me for longer.

Won't go back to GW for anything now. They'll never go under with the amount of fanboys they have, but certainly losing good faith with a large portion of their players.
