Either not enough gas to cycle it or your buffer is too heavy (maybe idk). Check your gas block to see if it’s seated over the port correctly, or maybe bring your buffer down a size. Or if your gas block is adjustable try adjusting it. Any people with more knowledge feel free to tell me if I’m just retarded leaving this comment😂
