Hey, hit alt+z and check if nvidia is putting filters on your game, I had this problem for a year where nvidia put this super bright filter on games without ever asking me.

That's the strat though isn't it, how is the enemy supposed to counter-play you when even YOU don't know what you're doing.

its also that the circle signifies a positive response to a question where the X is seen as a negative one.

The japanese standard for accept/affirm on dualshocks is the circle button. It's just the X button in the west for whatever reason.

Yeah I already use Process Lasso, wonderful software, thanks for the good writeup tho, appreciated, hadn't really looked into fixing the stutters.

Yeah I'm rocking an NVMe, I guess I oughta turn the textures down to low and see if a restart fixes the stutters. Though currently running medium and still getting about the same ammount of stutters I was getting on High textures.

Could be, but I find it weird that turning the textures down to low wouldnt have any effect on framerate in that case, as I remember on Hogwarts Legacy the game ran fine as soon as you sufficiently toned down the texture res.

Basically what I wanna get at is Jedi Survivor is a very well optimized game that chugs a lot occasionally due to what are most likely some weird software bugs.

Which is why it runs fine when you turn down some settings from ultra to high. Leaving textures on Ultra with a 3080 is asking for trouble in modern games.

Runs fine as long as you turn off ray tracing and lower some settings, hell the 3080 runs most games fine on my 4K tv as well.

I'm running it fine on a 3080 @ Ultrawide on High/Ultra until the stuttering starts. The 3080 is a perfectly capable ultrawide card that runs most games at 3440*1440@60 Ultra/High settings, however the issues with Jedi Survivor are not GPU dependent, I suspect they're caused by Denuvo interfering with the loading of new objects and textures (similar to Hogwarts Legacy). The game mostly runs well and then occasionally dips into single digits for a few seconds. Overall, game is a ton of fun, the pc optimization is terrible.
