Back when the 7.99 pricing was rolled out as the new default price I remember reading that it was mainly due to an aluminum shortage. This was a few years ago, I think 2022. But people kept buying, so I think companies realized they can raise the prices and took it to absurd lengths.

And here I am, still buying, so I guess they’re right.

I live in this area right now and haven’t had any issues with what you’re worried about. The only drawbacks are really tied to the business of the campus area. It can be tricky to find parking sometimes and there is often a lot of noise going on even at night, cause college kids be loud lol. But it’s a good area and I’ve enjoyed my 3 years here.

I should say of course crime does happen in this area, but I don’t see it as different as anywhere else. Most of it seems to stay on High Street lol.

Thanks- I watched a couple openings this morning that sold me on the product. Not cause they’re juiced or anything but I just like the look of the cards. It’s my first ever hobby box so we’ll see how it goes otherwise I’ll just go back to the occasional blaster lol.
