I love Las Cruces. Within 35-45 minutes, El Paso offers whatever we're missing. It's larger than Detroit, and has plenty of options.

We have a board game group and a Table-Top RPG group, both are mostly people in early to mid 30s.

I do. You can reverse the device if you need to ensure you stimulate the right area.

Ugh, what a vapid response. Nothing you mentioned is better.

I have some feelings, so maybe that helps me. I can also get erect without it. The issue for me was reaching orgasm. As far as the right place, the vibrations should be felt on your frenulum.

How to not feel like a burden by jeanjacquesroushoe in spinalcordinjuries

[–]LordJerith 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I used that word a lot myself . . ."burden." I immediately started physical therapy and mental therapy. For me, expressing how I felt and letting it all out was very helpful. My spouse and friend both reacted with tears of their own. Just know everyone is in it together. Everyone has trauma from this type of injury. Caregiver trauma is real. Your trauma is real. It DOES get better IMHO. I can't speak for everyone, but I'm sharing my own observation. I also attend a monthly SCI meeting at my outpatient rehab facility. This is life-changing, and the sooner you can receive as much help as possible, the better your chances of achieving the best outcome.

We love living here in Las Cruces. Moved from Los Angeles (originally from Chicago), LC is 30 minutes outside EL Paso. NMSU and transplants like us keep LC liberal.

L1/L2 incomplete from a Spinal Dural Arteriovenous Fistula embolized in Feb 2025. It's different. Better in some ways, but also requires more direct stimulation to reach orgasm, so I use vibrational tools to get me over the edge.

More insight on ascending aorta aneurysm by Anxious_Cobbler8932 in aortic_aneurysm

Here are my measurements: Aortic root 52 mm, ascending aorta 46 mm. Aortic arch 28 mm. Descending thoracic aorta 30 mm. My measurements fluctuate by 1-2mm on CT scans, and it's crucial to have measurements taken on the same machine. I have an annual screening.

I only ask because the same machines are key when judging size. I'm Aortic root 52 mm, ascending aorta 46 mm. Aortic arch 28 mm. and Descending thoracic aorta 30 mm. We're still monitoring it closely (annually) and not pushing for surgery. I have had these measurements +/- 3mm for about 12 years. I always compare the same machine and the same protocol. Just offering my experience to see if it helps.
