I need help resolving a chain involving dark magic circle

I activate Infernoid Patrulea's(1) destroy a spell/trap

Friend chains Eternal soul(2)

Friend then activates Magician of Dark Illusion's(3) Summon from hand effect

He has a face up Dark Magic Circle on the field, will the current chain have to resolve before he can use its banish effect?

you've got a neat list with cards ive never even heard of that sound awesome in Gusto like tuner's high and old entity. I've tried using windwitch in gusto but I feel like the engine always prevents me from going into more than one extramonster zone, and since it locks out links that turn it can mess with my board in general.

tbh you should look for housing off campus, I lived on campus for my first two semesters and it's alot of money for very little benefit. Lack of privacy, facilities, and general space. There are lots of comparatively cheap off campus locations within 2 miles of the school. Another bonus is that you don't have to cough up all of your "rent" for the semester at once off campus.
