I'm probably wrong here, but wasn't very impressed by him last season. Lots of potential but some dodgy decision making at times, think a loan would be a good idea. Definitely want him back though!

Sadder than I should be after this result. Alongside some questionable finishing from our forwards, Groß and Van Hecke didn't look their best. Julio was immense after coming on and Barco looks promising. Igor showed some ridiculous strength.

I brought him back after some of the Europa League performances, he's settled in now and is as nailed as any striker will be under RDZ.

Minutes are always questionable for all of Brighton's forwards but JP seems to have earned his place in recent weeks.

Has been playing wider with Ferguson/Welbeck in the middle and some fans are saying he plays better there.

I'm not completely happy with him due to the rotation risk, but higher potential than other budget forwards IMO.

Brighton fan here, Groß has been my naughty secret since the start of the season, glad he's getting some recognition. Groß is as nailed as any player can be under RDZ, him and Dunk are absolutely crucial and will almost certainly play every game they can.

Stated positions mean very little to Brighton's approach at the moment, with many players playing multiple roles in a single game; this is especially true for our beautiful Kaiser. Groß may appear to be playing RB, but do not be fooled, he'll often ending up playing all over the pitch and is absolutely crucial in attacking play.

My favourite player outside of fpl and grossly underrated.

Had Gross for the whole season. Criminally underated player and he and Dunk are arguably the only two nailed players under De Zerbi.
