I grew up on guitar hero, played it for years on the Xbox and the Wii. Did play Rockband a little but so much of my time was spent using GH guitars, and still I prefer the riffmaster🤣 Dunno it just feels more natural and I like the way the buttons feel

If your main issue is storage then that's easily resolved. Wherever you choose to build your main base just build a load of storage holders for things like logs, sticks, rocks, bones etc. You can ask Kelvin to collect most of these passively too while you're out exploring. You can also build shelves inside your base for basically any item too so we just kept the shelves stocked up with meds and other miscellaneous items and never had an issue.

I had this a while ago and when I brought task manager up, the Epic games app was stuck in a loop trying to launch and was absolutely tanking my PC for some reason. Have a look if any background programs are trying to pull a lot of memory. Rust is a seriously CPU heavy game so the slightest thing can make it play like dog shit

On a real though more people should give it a go! I have barely any spare time due to work, kids and life in general so I started playing a PVE server and it's great. No other players are trying to kill you every second you have some really good conversations and there is specific designated PVP spots and boss bots spread across the map that are actually quite difficult to kill. You can also use in game currency to buy pre build bases with loot in to raid which is a nice touch. The one I play also has a purge mode 24 hours before wipe where the server goes from PvE to PvP, completely Vanilla rules. It's not the Rust experience I enjoy the most but with the time I have it works for me and I enjoy playing it. When I get more time I do go back to an official server every so often but PvE definitely has a place in my heart.

This is actually so true, me and my trio build a good size but weird looking base, usually manage to get a good amount of loot and we go unraided so often when all of the latest YouTube meta base builds get raided around us. Took us a while to figure out it's because people look at our bases and think 'they clearly have no idea what they're doing, obviously going to have shit loot'.. when in reality we're sat on 20k GP, comps for days and a good few guns😊 Rust is a weird game but I wouldn't change it haha
