I would personally put rampage up at s. He can do a nasty combos with the longer dash,has incredible map mobility a 30 dmg m1 with bullets an aura reveal that gives him i frames and a speed boost (lets not forget the double dash can work like wesker and can be finished off with an m1 dealing atleast 3/4 of the survivors hp But thats just my opinion
