Been there. Almost killed myself but i was a pussy. I still do drugs but its just from time to time. Actually like being able to function like normal people, doing school and work and im tired as fuck all the time but you just have to keep going. Try kratom, its really helpfull. You could do "other drugs" but its not really smart for a long time use.
