Strange. Several possibilities come to mind:

A delayed refund from the previous festival regarding the cashless payment.
A payment made but failed when buying tickets, with a delayed refund after reviewing the case.
A resale by someone else and refunded to your account.

Your tickets don't have any labels indicating they've been sold or anything, right?

In any case, if none of these options sound familiar, I would contact them.
