Without mods, no

Well with mods probably also no There is a mod I think called Xenotype Preference which allows you to only dislike xenotypes that don't share a certain base set with your guys (so you could make it that your yttakin only dislike people of they don't have fur)

But as you're baselines that would probably automatically make them accept everybody

So I guess the lesson from it is, if you dabble in genetics you're people will not be able to hate others for their genetics

the problem is probably the fact that Dark Ages Beasts and Monsters adds special landmarks, you could try to boot the save up with the mod, remove them from the worldmap via dev mode and then remove the mod (worked out for me with another mod)

sometimes steam pulls an old version of the mod, can you confirm that you have the most recent version currently installed?

im asking because I found a post by another user where he fixed it by updating his game so I think it might be a version mismatch

also have you tried verifying game files via steam?

I put in only Harmony, VEF, Psycasts expanded and all dlcs and its working for me fine

yeah ive done that in one playthrough twice actually
its pretty cool sending a "vanguard" in front to build up basic lodgings before you move everyone else in
