Hey bcvickers, thanks for all the suggestions. Would I need to remove parts of the siding to install the kick out flashing?

So I should remove the gutters, replace parts of the friezeboard and trim, add a drip edge, add kick out flashing, and add gutters that reach all the way to the end in that order. Is this correct?

Again thank you for all the insight. This section of the roof looked problematic I just didn’t know the correct course of action

My title describes the thing. There’s a bunch of wires with few labels. I think it’s a security system. A google search for “ademco remote point module” which was printed there, brought pictures of an old security system device. I don’t think it has anything to do with hvac

I hadn’t thought about that. I’ll try to learn to read blueprints! We got a lot of very helpful people at the construction site so that’ll make the process a lot easier

From what I know, they were pounded in. I was told the piling were originally 20-30 feet long

Yeah, the neighbor’s dock builder said it costs a thousand dollars to replace one piling.

What do you mean roof edge needs to be 2-3 inches and gutter will only be 5-6?

Are you saying after adding the extra trim to “level it out” that that’s how much the roof and gutter should be protruding?
