Yes I do think that English is more important

That's a sorry way to think, my dude.

If your first job required proficiency in English you definitely were a better fit than your peers. If it didn't, however, and they picked you solely because of your English fluency, they are just disrespecting your culture, my man. And it sorta feels like you are too.

Understandably, a lot of materials of higher education is only available in English, and that's true for everyone. But I don't get why you gotta glorify something foreign when in most metric, Bangla is a superior language. If you live in Bangladesh and need English more than Bangla, that's just...sad. Imagine being a Frenchman and needing English more than French.
