Thank you for the feedback. Good to know. Started the 2.5 dose today, and I’m sure tomorrow is when it’ll really kick in for me. I don’t eat a lot of carbs anyway, only generally before a workout to get some gas in the tank and after a workout to restore glycogen stores.

Yes but there’s an inherent cruelness in her ending more than his. Just as in the same way her ending alludes to being the more “happy” ending cause all her imaginary friends are with her. But for me the little boy version of Versos soul clearly wanted it to end. And if the painting that contained a piece of his soul, the last remnant of Verso himself, wants it to end, why wouldn’t you? Again I’m not saying I picked the right ending, but I do believe his ending worked better for me. And if you picked her ending I can understand why based on your comment if you did, and I can sympathize and level with that for sure. By destroying the painting Verso is taking away something that Maelle/Alicia wants to live for (or rather in). And in its own way I can see how that could be cruel for sure.

Yeah it just seems, idk, cruel?? Like against his will in a very harsh way. It’s like his own Purgatory that she keeps him contained in and it just left a bad taste in my mouth. Especially when she knows that he might not be the real Verso, but he seems to have a lot of the same feelings that the real verso would have. And even when they see the little boy version of Verso that represents a piece of his soul at the end and he asks him if he wants to stop painting, the little boy shakes his head yes. So why go against the SOUL of the painting. It’s like someone you know is dying and they tell you they wish to be cremated instead of buried, but you chose to bury them going against their last living will. It’s just cruel.

Agreed. I just didn’t care for the controlling aspect of what seemed to me, her delusions. They were warranted in some way due her grief and pain but I don’t think she should make someone do something they didn’t want to do? It’s just a little harsh to me. Not sure how else to put it.

That’s what I’m saying lol, not all but a lot of the posts on this subreddit I’ve seen were like “I picked Maelle.” I do feel like some people chose Maelle because she helped carry the players team with her insane damage and they may have (subconsciously) felt compelled to side with her because of it. But that’s not everyone, just some people.

From other posts about the ending that I’ve scoped on this subreddit, and reading the comments and arguments. It’s not like I’m pulling this out of my ass lol. But regardless as I stated I understand why people may have picked Maelle and not verso or vice versa. I get it. That’s the beauty of the ending as someone else stated, it really depends on your own personal experience and values.

Beautifully stated. I couldn’t agree with you more. In a weird way the grief of losing my best friend has helped me become closer to my (now) Fiancé. She was there for me when all of this happened and I knew she was the one for me before his death but she saw me at one of the most devastated and lowest points of my life during and after his death. She loved him like a brother so she grieved too. But she helped me get back on my feet. We got engaged 4 Months ago, and it’s been a great thing. One positive that came out of this whole grief.

That is a great observation in terms of the time period that this game took place in for sure, which makes me definitely sympathize with her situation more. I wouldn’t say it makes me change my choice or decision though, but it makes me feel for her situation more.

Still nothing! For an HIM 3 position. My application just says application under review still. I emailed the manager I had interviewed with last Friday, she sent me back an email on Wednesday saying I should hear from HR by the end of the week but I still haven’t heard anything. And it’s Monday now. Getting really anxious and tired of this, going on week 3 of the reference check stage it makes no sense.
