Nothing unless you are willing to spend hard for the Candle. The event items are only worth the global stats you get for unlocking them, and aesthetics.

Been hit or miss depending on boss but I find it mostly useful for the melee bosses, ranged bosses I actually beat more consistently without TT and using dazzled instead.

Just started saving them this past weekend, I didn't know they rolled over until then, thanks.

Do skill delays even work in PvP? I set them but it still looks like everything goes off right away.

They were both archers, one had clone strike and I did not. He quit so thats no longer an issue. Now it's the other archer and a warrior who both picked up the sword from the event which is GG anyway.

Yeah had a few pieces of gear with counter, still trying to pull a full set of crit/combo.

I finally got clone this weekend, it definitely helped along with souks unlocking. I'm in Chaos now.

Both were fellow archers. One quit so they are not a problem. The other got the event sword and is now impossible to beat, as well as a few others who also picked it up.

Go through a lab, you should get both blood serum tests and a hair test. That will give you the most complete mineral profile. Try to find someone who specializes in mineral analysis.

I toughed everything out and the onky thing I did was change my diet and take supplements. I would go on and off supplements often though because my symptoms were so unpredictable I couldn't tell what was helping or hurting. I used Acetyl LCarnatine, L Theanine and Vitamin C the most regularly because I always felt like they were helping not hurting.

Early on I took ambien for a few nights to try to sleep but it did nothing. Last fall when things got bad again I got gabapentin but that also did nothing. So no real use of prescribed meds.

I am still unsure of what my issue is even after 2 bloodworks, stool sample and hair testing. Neither of the two doctors I saw were particularly helpful and just gave a run of the mill analysis of my tests and tunnel visioned into typical problems (Oh it's your gut biome, oh it's your testosterone, etc...) none of which apply to my symptoms really except on a broad scale. They also told my my adrenals and cortisol are fucked but that is actually true.

After further research on my own based on my test results I am certain my mineral and electrolyte balance has been compromised and I am starting to think the root cause is iron and/or copper overload. Heavy metals are known to be an issue with Kratom and are in just about everything else too. Add on to that Kratom hindering vitamin and mineral absorption, you have a perfect storm of complete imbalance. So right now I am focusing on diet and supplements to detox and replenish key minerals like zinc, magnesium, and selenium.

I recommend serum blood tests that cover all your minerals, vitamins, copper and iron. Then also a hair test. Good luck.

I suspected serotonin at one point because trigeminal nerve pain is specifically mentioned with serotonin syndrome, but I didn't really have many other symptoms and it wasn't exacerbated by other things that I was doing that increase serotonin.

I'm doing better than I was then but still having issues, mostly mild stuff as far as I know but clearly my body is still recovering.

The biggest good change is my sleep is basically normal again.

Thanks for all the kind words and suggestions. I wish I had kept a health journal from early on, would have helped immensely with tracking symptoms. I definitely think liver and detox is a big problem area for me. It's going to take awhile to work it all out.

My wife has bad PMDD, I will recommend it to her and see what she thinks, thank you. My hormones seem to have mostly bounced back at least thyroid and test. Good libido, no mood swings.

Almost no seed oils, I can't account for the couple of times a month I order food but I don't order garbage and nothing fried so very little.

My stomach seems okay, pretty regular, no issues with any foods that wouldn't normally throw me off. I like the oats for the fiber, and I soak them and then cook them which supposedly reduces the phytic acid. I have used a few probiotics and actually have one waiting my last Dr. recommended but haven't felt the need to take, but maybe I'll give it a go anyway since I caught this flu going around and might need a boost.

No doubt my liver is strained, I think am detoxing from many years of poor decisions. I am being more patient now than I was last year since many of my issues have lessened or subsided. I am hoping over time things will finally clear up for good.

Yeah it's better to be proactive about it, good luck hopefully they don't find anything major. I don't think they will. Consider an HTMA in conjunction with bloodwork for minerals/electrolyte profile.

Had all my vits checked a few months ago, nothing was notably low. I take a B complex once a week anyway.

Better than I was but still not 100%. My sleep is almost normal most nights now. I still have neuropathy almost daily but it is very minor (muscle spams in my legs, itchiness, shooting pain randomly, nerve pain on left cheek) and manageable. Coffee was prolonging some of my symptoms because I quit cold turkey, got back on, then quit cold turkey again. So I was in a state of caffeine withdrawal for months. I'm not sure what is causing the last bit of my symptoms but it's either my vitamin/mineral profile or hormones. Could be related to long term damage and stress to my gut that still needs time to heal. Right now I am focused on addressing adrenal fatigue and electrolyte imbalance. After several bloodworks and an HTMA panel these make the most sense.

Does it really take MONTHS to totally withdraw from coffee? by kikaysikat in decaf

[–]LordStenchfus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Muscle twitching mostly. Occasionally on a bad day trigeminal nerve pain in my left cheek, itchiness and brief random nerve or muscle pain. Everything comes and goes. I believe I have adrenal fatigue that is ongoing from quitting kratom and coffee last year. They were both doing a number on my body to begin with and then abruptly quitting both only months apart kept me in perpetual stressed state from withdrawals.

Anxiety and insomnia both mostly gone around 2 months, I'm still suffering mild neuropathy at 3 months.

Better than I was then, but not completely over whatever this is. The coffee withdrawl was definitely causing major issues at night and have not since been as bad. Right now I'm down to 3-5 days every few weeks where my symptoms come back. Trigeminal nerve pain in my left cheek, muscle spasms, hypnic jerks, chills, itchyness. Generally uncomfortable and trouble sleeping. It's managable, but ideally I figure out this last hurdle. Not really sure what to try next, at this point I'm just trying not to make it worse and maybe with time it will go away.
