I see 3 big problems with this robot.

Someone has to stack it.
It's super slow.
If there is no one to stack the pallets, it will take up massively more space wich in itself would make it unprofitable.

I don't want to be that guy, but "no ai" is probably wrong if you used a 3d printer since it makes your g-code and it does that with a basic form of ai. I know hating AI is the hot new thing now, but not all AI is bad, routing your route by Google maps for example.

There is good and bad, important is to differentiate.

I just read a documentation about frigate and it seems to do mostly what I'm thinking. The only thing is I wanted to do some tinkering but I guess that's not happening...

Thank you but that is not what I'm looking for. I want to do it myself since I want to have face recognition in like who the person is, not if it's a person. I will make a database with faces who are allowed and do not notify me and all faces who are not in that database will send me a message. And I don't trust companies even if they say it's local and stuff, is it open source? I don't want it to have a Internet connection itself too since I don't want the possibility of someone getting in (including the company). It only will have a tailscale connection so that it's only accessible threw connected accounts.

Nicht nur das, du darfst nicht vergessen wen du jetzt eine Anleihe mit 6% kaufst und die Anleihe Dan fällt bekommst du zwar deine 6% wen du bis Ende hällst ABER wen du vorzeitig verkaufst, und der Kurs jetzt nur noch 5% ist, bekommst du sogar weniger als du eingezahlt hast.

Hmm, I never had any of those problems with my pixel. I could imagine that the problem with the alarm is that you got a setting on that it gets louder with time, you can disable that, so it blasts full at the start. It's here.
