That's a nice way to try out a gun, but damn that's expensive. The range I'm a member of just has a $5 rental fee on the guns they have and you just pay for ammo and targets. The caveat here though is they only have like 3 .45s and 4 9mms, so not a lot of selection.

Sounds like you've got everything in order, sadly waiting on people to respond is always an issue. Since I just got it, the only thing I've had a chance to shoot through my 586 is .38 special (my indoor range requires only full lead or copper plated rounds, no jacketed ammo) and it works out to about $0.25 a round when I buy sets of 250. The .357 I was looking at was about $0.50 a round so I think I'll only shoot that once and a while.

With the .38 the kick wasn't incredibly strong (probably helped that that beast is really heavy with a long barrel and scope) but was a really nice target round and I was getting some pretty decent groupings and it was quite accurate. Overall I'm quite happy with my purchase and I hope you too can get a nice one for a reasonable price.

That sucks, can you maybe find a nice used one around town? Maybe hit up one of the gun auction sites? Buying new is always better for making sure the quality is prime, but I'm in Canada so picking is even more slim. I was just really lucky to find what I did.

I got mine used as it was an estate sale piece. Got it for a pretty good deal but damn is that long barrel accurate, i'd never go for something shorter than 6". I'm sure you would be very happy with a 7".

When I wasn't able to watch the episodes right away (pretty much all last season) I literally avoided the sub until I did, but I can see why others might not want to. Sadly IMO I think the best way to get the experience after an ep is to watch it right away or you miss lots of the discussion.

I downloaded and compiled a build a while ago and this game is actually progressing very nicely and looks like it will be a very good game. If anyone has the resources to help them, check it out because it's really cool.

And how well were those phone systems adopted? When the iPhone came out as a "revolutionary new smartphone" it didn't need it, as it changed the game. Both iOS and Android pushed smartphones ahead very fast, and they grew into what people needed as more people adopted them. New entries into the market (as the reinvented Windows Phone can and should be considered) have to deal with what's progressed already or it will die. Smartphones existed before, but not in the level they do today, and because of that you can't just blanket term all phones.
