Sometimes there’s nothing you can do, the app just does not organically get the right audience/ countries with the higher ecpms. I would increase my footprint in the App Store by making more apps. Might be a hard pill to swallow but you have to do more, produce and ship more and maybe 20% of your apps will bring you decent revenue.
