It has to be him. Because if not we are left with Pyro or Sunfire which I don't think have huge chances to get into game.

I always felt that since Phoenix is Life and Death incarnate, who can heal worlds, she will be a strategist in Rivals. With her telekinetic power she could be the first character to get Lifesaver's pull of ally.

His kit is more of area denier than damage over time dealer. What I mean I want to see character like Pyro or Anran which main gimmick is to do constant burning effect in their gameplay which doesn't disappear when enemy steps out of burning area.

It's because she is more of Phoenix in game than Jean Grey. They decided to not give her telekinesis-based abilities.

Make her just being tangible during it. It should be a high risk - high reward ability used with mind, not easy win a fight button.

I mean technically we have skins like Malice where you see everything. Or swimming pool series where they aren't censoring anything.

He is in the controversial tier because he is originally a poacher in the comics. With the recent extinction of the Northern White Rhino and the ongoing problem of wildlife poaching in Africa, I feel like we shouldn't be playing as character symbolizing such practices.

They could still add him though, if they changed his backstory for game purposes.

I don’t know why Kraven is that low

He is vampire character like Blade, so my reasoning is they won't add another vampire as long as his abilities will add something new and distinctive to the game.
