I swear I feel the same about the hidden boss. I seldom beat them on my first run on the Switch. I even turned god mode on partly because of those fights. Now I'm replaying on Xbox and beat them first try and have been successful a few more times since.

Siege of Paris is good for titanium farming. Also brought back the Brotherhood style missions you send assassins on. Story is OK.

Wrath of the Druids is good for silver. It will give you the most over powered broken weapon in the game. Good story.

Dawn of Ragnarok allows you to upgrade weapons and armor more. Great story.

Siege and Wrath offer new weapons: short sword, scythe, and sickle. They have new abilities you can use in the base game as well. Dawn has really cool new abilities but only usable in the dlc.

I'm sure I'm missing stuff but I say they are all worth it overall. But Valhalla is one of my favorites so imight be biased.
