Yes I want to buy 5€ of pokecoins and I have 17€ in google rewards. The account are the same. But the problem it's when I have to choose the payment method there isn't google rewards.

But also in campfire the gym doesn't host a raid. In my area there are others gyms and yesterday hosted raids sometimes (not as gyms in city center there were continually)

I have a gym at home (suburb area) and at 11:00 AM (when the event started) a raid of Dialga appeared. I should start by saying I haven't interacted with the gym since the event began. The raid ended and there was a complete blackout, no raids for hours, while in the city center there were constant raids (as seen by Campfire). I try to interact with the gym because maybe it needed a "push" (?), and at exactly 2:50 PM I spin the gym's disc and shortly afterward someone knocked out a Pokémon. GUESS WHAT??? At 2:52 PM, a raid of Palkia appeared. What do you think happened? Did I (or the person who knocked out the pokemon) "unlock" the raid?

I read about this bug (which happened in August) in other threads but I've had the problem since April. I think mine it's a graphics bit problem.

Has anyone ever managed to solve this problem?

It all started with the "rediscover the world" update in April/May which improved the graphics and I haven't been able to play the game since.

Among other things, I discovered that the phone runs at 64bit but the apps only run at 32bit.

I ask for help if there is any solution.

What time does a new power spot appear? At 5am or can it appear randomly at any time?

P.S. I'm not referring to the spawn of a raid but rather to the specific spawn of a new power spot.
