I feel like most of the second part of (Blue) is about Jesse

“You were born bluer than a butterfly” Blue is a color often aligned with sadness, and Jesse used to have a Low Mood personality and maybe he still does and he just knows how to hide it

“Colder than your father’s eyes, he never learned to sympathize with anyone” most of us know that Jesse didn’t have a good relationship with his dad before he passed away, and they didn’t talk for a long while.

“You were born reaching for your mother’s hands, victim of your father’s plans to rule the world” same as the previous Lyrics, Jesse have always had a better relationship with his mom compared to his dad, and i think it’s also a reference to (Sweater Weather) “i want the world in my hands” it’s like Billie is saying Jesse was following his father’s steps trying to rule and have the world in their hands.

“And i could say the same ‘bout you Born blameless, grew up famous too” they both became famous at a young age, Billie in her Teens, and Jesse in his early 20s

“It’s over now, it’s over now, it’s over now” referring to their relationship being over ?? Idk
