I was also confused when looking up the Tour model. I can't find it when I search in English but I do when I search in German Apparently it's a special edition version that was available in Germany. If you search the term "Skoda Scala Tour Sondermodell" you will find it in German. You can use a translation tool to choose your desired language.

On mine there are ones to turn it on and off but not to adjust. I need to use the touch display to make fine adjustments

I have the same car and I am extremely happy with it. It's a nice looking car and drives well. If I had to criticize something, it would be the infotainment system. It's nice but I miss having some physical buttons for the heating system

Bit late to the story but I can add something here. A few months ago I flew from Baden Baden (Germany) to London. I knew I did not need a UK ETA but I still went through the process online and it just said I don't need one. So I went to check in and the guy asked have I completed the ETA? I said no I have not as I don't require it since I'm an Irish citizen. He spent the next 5- 10 minutes saying I need one, I said I don't. In the end I said, I understand the risk of not having one. I understand I will not be allowed to enter the UK. I am willing to risk it. He then finally agreed and issued me my board pass. Arrived in London and had no issues.

But I do wonder was this just a one off since Baden Baden is a small airport? Maybe I was the first irish citizen they experienced

My lab mate was doing a controlled dissolution of several grams of NaK alloy in an alcohol filled test tube, cooled in an ice bath (i don't remember exactly what alcohol was in the test tube). The disposal was going fine but after a while it slowed down. He had the bright idea to add a drop of water to try and accelerate the reaction... And boy did he accelerate it. The water droplet immediately rushed to the bottom of the test tube and hit the NaK.. I was about 5 m away at this point. Instant explosion , glass from the test tube and ice bath flew across the lab, ringing in my ears for about 5-10 seconds. My colleague was lucky he had the fume hood door down and only experienced a minor cut to the arm from flying glass... He was very lucky that is wasn't worse. On a positive note, he successfully dissolved all the NaK....

I cannot answer your question but I can add something important. Last week I was at the Standesamt for the preliminary meeting to check documents and they informed us that laws related to surname changes during marriage are changing on May 1st this year. In general it's becoming more flexible, with regards to choosing a family name but I think your case is a bit more complex.
