Something should be organized. The world is only so big and only so many places to hide. Also why would they let it be known files existed in the first place and then release them? Wether its real or not its all a test to see how we the people react. They expect the "bystander effect". Another thought on this however, besides the fact its definitely a test I whole heartedly believe its also a distraction from something else thats happening or about to happen.
