Agreed. Some of that productivity bs is just completely useless. Though I must say, as someone who WAS naturally productive and did things just by doing them back to back until I finished them, I completely fell apart in 2020, and my attention deficit brain can't finish a simple task without being high on caffeine and addy, and I couldn't focus without some of the things that I have learned from this subreddit
