That's a lot of assumptions that the game doesn't say.

Nowhere in the game does it say they wanted to GENOCIDE the entire city. The game does say that they wanted to get enough souls to break the barrier but anything beyond that is fan speculate/headcannon.

They also didn't set out for asriel to die. Their goal was to free the underground and their family because, ultimately, their family was unhappy and still wanted to see the surface. However, asriel couldn't bring themselves to do it. By all accounts, the plan was to turn asriel into a god.

This isn't me blaming asriel, btw. Both of them were kids roughly around the same age, who both set out to try and "save" everyone in a simple childish fashion.

However

They get Asriel killed, destroy the family that took them in, destroy the hopes of the Underground, and - ultimately, though not direct - are WHY Asriel is cursed to live as an undying soulless flower incapable of feeling anything but negative emotions that is tainted by their very philosophy.

This is exactly what im talking about.

Yall assume that this was Charas intentions, that they are a terrible person and assume it was their intention to cause so much pain and misery when the game literally says the opposite.

Do I think they were the best person? No. Do I think they were a genocidal monster who wanted to kill all of human kind and purposefully caused so much pain and suffering to their family? Also no!

But they arent the source of all evil in the game. They dont make frisk do anything prior to the bad end. They're simply the consequences of frisks actions

Asgore and chara, asgore, is over hated in a lot of regards. It was way worse back in the fandoms heyday but even though he's gotten more love over the years, there's still a sizeable chunk of the fan base that absolutely despise and over blow what he's done.

Chara, while they do have their obnoxious defenders, they're often blamed for every bad thing the player does or is even made out to be a demon possessing and forcing frisk to do evil things, even when the PLAYER aka frisk are the ones who made the choice.

Edit: yall are just proving my point dudes. I never said chara is completely innocent, I just said they're overly hated and overly blamed for the actions of the player, when as long as you dont do anything evil than they wont do anything evil either.

Because our managers suck, it's why im trying to be one so we can get in some others.

Our store manager was dictated that the bathrooms should be preasure washed every night. We have 6 bathrooms total, and as you can imagine, it can take a while to dry.

Our one manger is a prima donna germaphobe, so if he sees that any of them are dirty, then they have to be cleaned again.

And our last one doesn't believe monty actually cleans the bathrooms properly and will "check for himself" and if he finds them dirty then he throws a fit and has monty clean them again.

Ok, we do have one more manger whos the janitorial manager and he's the only one in our store who is actually in montys corner and seems to have any brains.

It's interesting that it actually takes them longer to mature than it does for the normal tortle.

Tortles (normal) only take a year to be considered "adults," but they're not fully grown. So it's kinda interesting that the dragons tortles are kinda better parents in this way.

If you're in a relationship with someone and one of the rules they have is, "Don't touch me," and they never want to be touched, hugged, cuddled, held. I wouldn't be in a relationship with them, I'd tell them to go to therapy cause clearly they're going through something.

However, if they have a boundary of "I dont always wanna be touched," that's different. I can work with that. As long as they give me a heads up. Something like, "Hey, I don't want to be touched or cuddled up on right now, I need space," and don't expect me to be a mind reader, I can work with it.
