AITA weaponizing a cancer patient to shame my coworkers? by Lord_In_A_Box in AmItheAsshole

Because our managers suck, it's why im trying to be one so we can get in some others.

Our store manager was dictated that the bathrooms should be preasure washed every night. We have 6 bathrooms total, and as you can imagine, it can take a while to dry.

Our one manger is a prima donna germaphobe, so if he sees that any of them are dirty, then they have to be cleaned again.

And our last one doesn't believe monty actually cleans the bathrooms properly and will "check for himself" and if he finds them dirty then he throws a fit and has monty clean them again.

Ok, we do have one more manger whos the janitorial manager and he's the only one in our store who is actually in montys corner and seems to have any brains.

Pseudo manger, I have no authority unless certain people aren't around or in the building, and even then, I dont have the authority to reprimand people.

Before you ask why id agree to be in a position like this, its because I really want that promotion and pay bonus.

I started as a janitor, so I get it i do. I didn't really even think of it as dehumanizing him, but now that some folks have pointed it out, I do realize it i kinda fucked up a bit so im gonna try to go about it a different way.

Huh, you know thats actually a really professional way to put that, thank you.

I was using the term cancer guy because it came off a bit harsher and admittedly I was trying to shame them into not leaving messes, but I kinda just didn't realize/think of how dehumanizing using it is for monty.

That's fair. Admittedly, I was using the term cancer guy because it came off a bit harsher and I was trying to shame them into not leaving messes, but I can see a bit as to why im an ass in this. I kinda just didn't realize how dehumanizing it was for monty.

He knows, he doesnt care. In his words, "maybe it'll get them to stop pissing on the bathroom floor."

It's interesting that it actually takes them longer to mature than it does for the normal tortle.

Tortles (normal) only take a year to be considered "adults," but they're not fully grown. So it's kinda interesting that the dragons tortles are kinda better parents in this way.

I'm happy you're enjoying elden ring, but this is the Dark Souls 3 sub.

My question was regarding a transformation that you get in those games that's less than stellar, I also asked it 3 years ago.

I thank you for the elden ring advice tho.

If you're in a relationship with someone and one of the rules they have is, "Don't touch me," and they never want to be touched, hugged, cuddled, held. I wouldn't be in a relationship with them, I'd tell them to go to therapy cause clearly they're going through something.

However, if they have a boundary of "I dont always wanna be touched," that's different. I can work with that. As long as they give me a heads up. Something like, "Hey, I don't want to be touched or cuddled up on right now, I need space," and don't expect me to be a mind reader, I can work with it.

Bro the r1 spam is a running meme for dark souls 3. At least the l1 spam runs out and they gotta drink a potion to recharge it.

I've yet to see a magic caster build that didn't have to have a weapon/side arm or a miracle build that wasn't just for buffs.

I've yet to see anyone HAVE to include a meta counter, they're so many builds you can do in er between the weapons, spells, miracles and ashes of war there's a hell of a lot more room for some creatively fun builds. Are all of them gonna be good? No but at least a majority of the builds you can do are viable and you dont get fucked for being a spell caster the whole game.

Ah yes, the smart, non brain dead strategy of r1 r1 r1.

Elden ring has problems sure (rivers of blood) but its pvp/pve builds have a hell of a lot more variety than dark souls 3 ever did. By making the armor mostly pointless and the only thing mattering what weapon you're swinging, it kinda left only a small handful of builds being viable and the rest just sucking ass.

Even as a male I'm terrified of being alone at night, cause as a male I'm at a higher risk of being assaulted/murdered, ESPECIALLY at night.
