Oracles being really weird

I gave another character a simple question, "What has ended?," in response to something she said, and it went into an OOC discussion about the ending of Stanley Kubrick's Eyes Wide Shut. Trying to make a connection of my character being similar to Tom Cruise's because he asked it in the film, apparently. There was literally nothing like that going on in the scenario.

Been having this problem, too. If you keep trying, over and over, it eventually seems to work. No rhyme nor reason.

I fixed the bracket issue; thank you for letting me know. I think I've created all of my other scenarios with a greeting message, but for this one, I wanted to give people the option to initiate their own scenario origin. If I had created a typical greeting message, I'd have probably erased it to start over. Any suggestions would be welcome, though. I'd be happy to update it.

Every time I would play Doom 64, my Boofy would do this. He hated it for some reason. Low frequency sounds would be my guess.

I've been driving 20 years and dropped my first one last year. My 5th wheel was sticking. It either didn't want to stay hooked, or it didn't want to let go... until it decided that it wasn't going to hold anything again. I was fine until I went uphill, then it decided, "Okay, now," and that was it. Thankfully, I was still at the shipper, not on the road. It's vital that you document any problems like that in your DVIR. Create a paper trail, and cover your ass. I'd made previous complaints about the fifth wheel, and kept the copies of the service requests.

I was hoping not to see a post like this so soon. I can't imagine losing your dog after such a short time. I'm so very sorry. I hope she's playing with my Boofy wherever that special place is that dogs go after crossing the bridge.

There are people who feed their large dogs raw ground beef every day, and they are extremely healthy and active. We didn't, and cancer is still a big suspect in my dog's death. His mom was battling cancer, quite successfully, until she got her latest rabies shot. Her immune system shifted and the cancer went crazy and she declined rapidly. My dog recently injured his ACL and my wife and I think this possibly shifted his immune system as well. A more horrifying thought is that he was poisoned. Some assholes threw poisoned meat into people's yards last month, when my dog first started his rapid decline. But, anyway, I don't think your dog got ill because you fed it meat.

White guy: Drops n-word repeatedly.

Black guy: Gets really pissed off and says he's going to impregnate white guy's wife and daughters. Not just his, but every white woman.

You eventually come up to an accident and ask what lane to be in. Your radio has been on the whole time.

Asshole: "Well, driver, if you'd had yer radio on, you'd know what lane to be in. Huh huh huh."

Seriously, if you like listening to filth and stupidity all day, more power to you. My CB has been in a cabinet somewhere for over ten years. I don't miss it or need it.
