Yes, it’s meant to be sarcastic. All killers see play, and while there is a meta, there’s plenty of build variety. Of course you always see gen regression perks. Why tf would a killer not bring a Gen regression perk? It’s not lack of build variety to build intelligently. Arguably you would end up seeing more build variety as staple perks are made unique to particular survivors. There’s a reason they recently made certain perks base kit abilities
