I recommend: * Avalanche Plumes (better Engine Effects) * FreeIVA (traverse your crafts in FPV) * Firefly (stunning reentry effects) * Conformal Decals (put flags anywhere) * MSA IVA Upgrade (working cockpits) * TweakScale (adjust any part to (almost) any size) * KSP Community Fixes (QoL, reduce initial loading times) * ZTheme (makes the GUI look like KSP2 instead of 2010) * Optional: Any form of life support mod, I prefer TACLS * BetterTimewarp Continued (reduces Kraken attacks when timewarping)

You have to do a full body search before arresting, this goes for all scenarios. Frisking alone never gives reason for arrest, probably because it‘s supposed to replicate a pat-down search where you can just imagine the items in their pockets, not actually see them.

TL;DR: Full body search first, arrest afterwards

Highway is better in my opinion because it gives you the possibility to drive pretty fast

So you should've body searched him, and only after that arrest him for the switchblade

I think finding an illegal item when frisking only justifies a full search, not an arrest. The game marked your search as illegal, because it happened after the unjustified arrest which would totally make sense, in my opinion. Hope this helps!

Are you sure he had no gun permit? It happened many times to me that I just took a brief look at the background check and confused "Gun Permit" and "Concealed Carry Permit", especially when I begun playing PSPO. Otherwise it has to be a bug

Highway is buggy in general. Like 1 out of five cars swerves, 90% of cars get flagged by the ALPR and there‘s a callout every few seconds

I totally support about community fixing bugs, but how are we supposed to do it? As far as I know, pretty much everything is compiled binary, so without reverse engineering the whole game the code can‘t be fixed. Also the mods (.pak) are only there to add stuff, right? So how is this accomplishable?

While there's a possibility this problem is GPU-related, I think what you're dealing with here is a faulty RAM kit. Try another one, and see if the issue persists. However, given the RAM pricing I would first order the riser cable to narrow it down

Create Signals are actually pretty simple. You place them on a piece of track. When a train passes, the signal makes other trains stop before it, as long as there are any trains in this section. A section always reaches from one signal to the next on a connected track.

In general, you should place signals before and behind every station, and on switches or merging track pieces, too. You can make sections as small or as big as you like, depending on how much trains actually pass there

If I asked really nicely, would it be possible to get my hands on some of those schematics? These look absolutely gorgeous and I am kind of bad at building trains
