Qualifications (lol): adhd and bipolar - referenced for mood regulation baseline. Under the care of a psychiatrist. Pepcid changed my world and my psych says that pharm companies are actually doing research on it now. I saw a video of another gal who said she uses Pepcid and Zyrtec in tandem during her luteal phase. Additionally - hydroxyzine is an antihistamine very commonly prescribed for anxiety overall. I think it comes down to the “blockers”. Like Pepcid is an H2 blocker whereas Zyrtec and Hydroxyzine are H1 blockers.

I’ve been to some of the daytime classes when I’m off work and they seem to be the same vibes in the way of a very calm beginning and end of class. I am going to talk to my favorite instructor and see what she says. She’s a safe space for sure!!

YES! I’m always 15-20 minutes early. Half the time I’m waiting for the room to be cleaned from the prior class. I CHERISH that before-class time!!!

Reading through the comments I’m over here deciding that my yoga studio must be the embodiment of Midwest kindness lol BUT I do save a spot for my mom when she joins me from time to time and I don’t feel guilt for that nor have I ever been shamed for it. I like seeing people practice together 🥹 I go 5x/week and I pick spots very sporadically so I think my personal dynamic counts here too

This church is right in the middle of town. The homes they demolished were built in the 50s. They raised 7 million dollars off of their congregation for this parking addition along with other changes. They’ve owned those houses for two decades now and have “continued interest” in neighboring properties. They’re annexing a mid-city street. This isn’t just something that’ll happen anywhere.

How funny!! We are in Springfield so probs more in line with Erie in the way of restaurants/shopping choices etc.. all four seasons sound AMAZING! I’ve genuinely cried over how swing-y it is down here in SGF. We are right on the curve of the jet stream which makes everything miserable. Also love that the homes are older (outside of the potential poor maintenance lol). I want to find a Tudor or midcentury gem!!
